Lets talk about your potential client. Who is he? What is his sex, age, social status? Where can you find him? How can you reach him? Actually you need to answer a lot of questions, because the success of your small business and its promotion strategy depends on all these factors.
Lets imagine that you are a plumber. In this case your clients can be anyone except children.
