Unusual marketing campaign from Japan – drink & kiss

Japan is a homeland of many weird business ideas (check my post “Bizarre business idea from Japan”) and bizarre products (read “Top 10 most bizarre Japanese products”). But it turns out that marketing campaigns in this country are also quiet far from being ordinary. Check out this great example of how to market your product in an unusual and catchy way.
Japanese company Zima Japan invented an unusual marketing campaign to promote their alcoholic cocktail with „a taste of kisses” – they offer everyone not only to taste the drink, but also to kiss soft and tender silicon lips, which are adjusted to the bottle’s neck.
“Touch … Drink … Imagine. The taste of Zima is the taste of a kiss “- that’s the slogan of company’s original campaign. Don’t have a single doubt about the product’s success!




i have been so surprised on how people go beyong to do the extra ordinary..well perhaps this is a very closed,tight and strong competive society that people live in hence selling their products among many others needs talent of marketing of the highest decree…i believe the idea of this marketing campaighns has really worked…
Would any one give me a concrete reason how on earth you would not notice to look to take a drink that as well there is a KISS…! CONGRATS…!
