Business based on psychological help to customers is not new. But this time I’m not talking about psychological counselling, but about a very special niche service – sorry-service.
The majority of people find it hard to apologise, to express their feelings in a polite form, to ask for forgiveness. You have to be wise and to know some basics of psychology to make a convincing apology and to be forgiven.
Marina Ivanova from Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine) is a professional psychologist who based her small business on helping people to reconcile. Her company offers various services: writing an apology letter, writing an apology speech or calling/meeting with an aggrieved party to apologise on behalf of the client, arranging big sorry-parties with flowers, champagne and orchestra.
