Successful business on renting useless stuff

In every house or flat there are at least few things that are not in current use, but we can’t throw it away as there’s a chance that it might get useful again later. Still such things clutter up the space and get in the way all the time. At the same time there are always people around who need this stuff and are ready to pay. Micki Krimmel, the owner of Neighborgood project noticed this fact and founded his unusual business.
NeighborGoods project is an online community where people place information about stuff they wish to share (for free or for a small reward). Site has a user-friendly system that contains instruments to follow the things that were rented/shared/boroughed, reminders etc. As far as I know this project is still in test mode and all services are free so far. Yet soon it will be fully launched and monetized and I’m 100% sure that this idea will find its fans and Micki Krimmel will become an owner of successful business!

I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don’t know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.
