Crisis business idea - renting storage space
October 25th, 2009

Australian company SpaceOut created a service, that helps to connect people who have some free storage space with those, who need a place to store their goods. Of course there are plenty of special storehouses in Sydney, but there you’ll be asked to pay about 100-150 USD per month and it’s not worth it if you want to store something not very valuable.
SpaceOut service offers multiple possibilities:
* to store your goods at other people houses’ for a moderate sum or to rent your own free space
* rent a part of office from companies who doesn’t need so many square metres or who want to minimize expenses by sub renting the unnecessary space
* rent your car parking place if you no longer need it
Etc. etc. etc.
Seems like a perfect crisis business idea as nowadays paying for unused office space as well as ignore the opportunity to earn by renting free space or parking place is truly unpractical. This business idea just got to be successful!
