Registration is free for anyone and no payment is required until the user has found the right property at which time they pay a monthly membership fee of USD 35, or an annual fee of USD 70. Besides access to a property owner’s contact details, membership also includes an RSS feed of suitable properties. Seems like a good deal for buying a „homey” feeling while living abroad.
