Mini portions - business niche for restaurants

There are hundreds of unusual business ideas for restaurants and cafes, but some of them are too bizarre to be commercially successful and others are not interesting enough to attract customers. Still there are some ideas that I would really call both attractive, easy to implement and definitely unusual. As an example I would mention American fast-food restaurant Minnies.
This unusual restaurant offers usual fast-food restaurant menu, but in mini portions. Taking into account latest tendencies of healthy living this is quiet an actual idea! You can order your favourite pizza, burger or french fries and be sure that such lunch won’t effect your weight.
