Here goes another success story about a man, who established a high profit and low budget business when he personally faced a need: Sergio Stiberman wanted to get out of his car lease in 1998. He did what most people would do - he went to his dealership. But he wasn’t entirely satisfied with what he found out. “It was going to cost me the same amount as all my remaining payments” to get out of the lease early, Stiberman says.

Christmas and New Year holidays are coming and everyone around you suddenly become shopaholics and start to empty shops’ counters without even thinking of whether they need all this stuff or not. This makes me think that the best business one can ever imagine is a business on making gifts. And these should be not some standard presents like woollen Christmas socks or jumpers, but something special – some really unusual gifts. Here’s another unusual business success story, which, by the way, made it’s inventor a millionaire!

Byron Reese started his company which sells fully personalized letters from Santa Claus all across North America (they’re even postmarked from North Pole, Alaska, to give them an authentic feeling). Reese sold 10,000 letters in 2001, his first year in business. Though holiday sales have increased every subsequent year, he still looked for ways to expand his offering. Now, parents can order birthday cards for their children from Santa as well. The strategy pushed 2005 sales to $1 million.
